Should India Regulate AI in a rush or frenzy? Not really

From the ISAIL Secretariat

In the book release of #WhyBharatMatters by India’s External Affairs Minister, Dr Jaishankar, a simple question was asked by a student about the “AI will kill everyone frenzy”.

Dr Jaishankar responded very decently that while AI matters for any country, AI hype should be avoided and doomsday scenarios must be neglected.

This is a sane and informed take.
