New Handbook: JuriAide India E-Courts Manual (2025)
From Abhivardhan, for Indic Pacific Legal Research
Another historic day, another historic launch.
For the first time in India, we at Indic Pacific Legal Research LLP are eager to launch, perhaps India's first (or at least most-comprehensive) Legal Technology Manual, exclusively for judicial institutions, and not lawyers.
The reasoning is that lawyers are external stakeholders to judicial infrastructure, despite them being "officers of the Court".
With this, we announce the Re-launch of Juriaide LegalTech as the Legal Technology Division within Indic Pacific Legal Research LLP, under the leadership of Kapil Naresh.
The JuriAide Legal Tech Manual could not have been possible without the efforts of Kapil and Ayush Chandra, though it was Kapil's idea to be fair.

This incredible manual spans around 23 guidelines.
Now, the sensitivity of judicial systems demands special action and approaches in three major areas:
1️⃣ Are our judges, court masters, court officials, and other internal stakeholders even clear about the use of legal tech and AI-based legal tech? Do they even need this or not?
2️⃣ What should be the basic ethical use guidelines and principles? What does help and work, and what doesn't?
3️⃣ In the case of non-personal data flow and tech sovereignty, what could be some know-hows and non-negotiables that should be addressed by judicial institutions as they implement legal technology in their places?
These are some critical questions that need to be addressed, since we believe that legal tech adoption is not easy in India.
Let's see how this proceeds. In case anyone needs some help, and wish to take any of the guidelines and see how they can be implemented, reach out to us or me. We would be happy to guide.
