Mohammed Soliman's Testimony at the US-China Commission

Mr Mohammed Soliman, a Distinguished Expert at the ISAIL Advisory Council and the Director of the Strategic Technologies and Cyber Security Programme at the Middle East Institute had testified to the coveted US-China Commission on China's geotechnological statecraft in the Middle East.
Here are his key recommendations to the Commission:
It's essential for the US to recognize the advantages of technology collaboration with the UAE and Saudi Arabia, without solely framing regional partnerships in the context of competition with China. [Details]
