The Secretariat of the Indian Society of Artificial Intelligence and Law is glad to confirm the inclusion of Manohar Samal, MCIArb as a Distinguished Expert in the ISAIL Advisory Council.
Mr Samal brings a wealth of expertise as a Principal Associate at Ratan Samal & Associates, where he specializes in tax litigation, customs, and commercial arbitration. He is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (MCIArb) and has extensive experience in legal research, authoring numerous publications.
His addition to the Council will significantly enhance our collective endeavors in AI and law.
