ISAIL Feedback on 2025 Draft DPDP Rules is Out Now!

I am happy to start this week with the Feedback Document developed by the Indian Society of Artificial Intelligence and Law's Data Privacy Expert Group, and the Policy Innovation Committee on the draft DPDP Rules, 2025 published for comments by Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology.
Special thanks to those who led the session, and shared their inputs for this. I was delighted to see Jha Arunima CIPP(E) and Sanjana Parisaboina chairing this session so well on Jan 25.
Kapil Naresh and Bahadur Shah did best of their edits and contributions, and we appreciate the inputs of Ajay Sharma, Atul N, and Bogdan Grigorescu from the ISAIL Advisory Council as well.
