Call for Regional Divisions of ISAIL: Some ISAIL Administrative Updates
From Abhivardhan, our Chairperson
Let's begin the week, shall we?
I am delighted to announce that we at the Indian Society of Artificial Intelligence and Law have amended the Schedule 4 of The Bharat Pacific Charter, and are open to invite organisations & individuals to become a part of the Regional & National Divisions of ISAIL.
The application procedure is simple:
1. Read the Schedule 4 of The Bharat Charter (you are required to adhere with the bye-laws of ISAIL)
2. Apply as an individual or an organisation (make sure you are an ISAIL member). You can specify if you have applied for membership or not.
3. You would be required to clearly state your 6-month goals for an ISAIL Division in your city, or state in India, or anywhere. The goals must be specific, and not overrated, written by ChatGPT.
4. Email us your application with your CV/ Resume, contact details, and goals for your city, or state in India at executive@isail.co.in. We would be happy to go through your application, and get back to you in 1-2 weeks.
For organisations, we will come up with specific rules of Consortium Membership to ISAIL, which will be out very soon.
This week, hopefully, I will produce the fourth iteration of India's first privately proposed AI legislation, aiact.in as well.
Stay put.
Some other ISAIL Updates
The Global Affairs Committee (earlier led by Vishwam Jindal, Webnyay) is now replaced with The Bharat Pacific Policy Prism (BP3) (for ISAIL India divisions, and Indo-Pacific/ Asia) and The Global Glocal Tech Guild (G3T) (for rest of the world’s ISAIL divisions).
Through this forum, ISAIL will establish its regional divisions one by one.
We will also establish a Strategic Affairs Committee dedicated to geopolitical and geoeconomic issues.
